How much is required to reserve my rentals?＋
A signed rental agreement and a 25% non-refundable reservation deposit secure the equipment and date. The remaining rental balance and delivery fee are due later.
How long is the rental?＋
Standard rentals are priced for up to eight hours. Overnight or multi-day arrangements require approval and may change the price.
How is delivery priced?＋
Delivery is free within 15 driving miles of our private Oakland origin. After that, delivery is $1 per additional route mile. Checkout calculates the route without displaying the warehouse address.
Do you deliver and set everything up?＋
Yes. Standard delivery includes professional setup and breakdown for applicable equipment. Site access, surface, power, stairs, parking, and permit requirements must be disclosed before event day.
Can I book an event happening within 48 hours?＋
Online booking closes 48 hours before the event. Call or text us to request rush availability. A rush-rental fee may apply if the crew can accommodate it.
What happens if it rains or the weather becomes unsafe?＋
Inflatables and electrical equipment cannot operate in unsafe rain, wind, standing water, or other hazardous conditions. Contact us early so we can review the forecast and applicable rental policy.
Do inflatables need electricity?＋
Most inflatables require continuous power within the approved cord distance. Tell us whether reliable outlets are available; we can recommend generator power when needed.
What surfaces can you set up on?＋
Grass, concrete or asphalt, and some indoor surfaces may work. Grass generally uses stakes; hard surfaces require approved ballast. Every location must be level, accessible, and clear of hazards.
How does automatic bundle pricing work?＋
Add two or more eligible rental items and the cart switches qualifying items to their lower bundle rates. Locked specials, such as Basketball plus Axe Throw, are applied first.
What does the optional damage waiver cover?＋
For 15% of the equipment subtotal, with a $20 minimum and $100 maximum, the optional waiver covers up to $250 in qualifying accidental repairable damage. It does not cover loss, theft, missing pieces, reckless misuse, ignored instructions, or total loss.
Are concession supplies included?＋
Included supplies vary by listing and quote. Check the product description or ask us how many servings you need so we can price the right amount.
Do schools and nonprofits receive discounts?＋
Verified schools, nonprofits, religious organizations, funerals, and qualifying community events may receive special pricing. Proof and approval are required before the final quote.
