Reservations and payment
A 25% non-refundable reservation deposit secures the equipment and event date. The remaining rental balance is due later and is not charged during the initial online checkout.

Rental period
Standard pricing covers an 8-hour rental period. Overnight rentals are picked up the following day when scheduled and approved.
Delivery
Delivery is included within 15 miles of our Oakland service base. Additional distance is calculated at $1 per mile. The private warehouse address is never displayed.
Setup and breakdown
Delivery, standard setup, safe anchoring, breakdown, and pickup are handled by our crew. Grass setups use stakes; hard surfaces require appropriate weights.
Optional damage waiver
The waiver is never preselected. It costs 15% of the equipment rental subtotal, with a $20 minimum and $100 maximum, and covers up to $250 of qualifying accidental, repairable damage. Exclusions and full terms appear before checkout.
Event information
Accurate event times, address, surface, power availability, guest count, and access instructions are required so we can prepare the correct equipment and setup plan.
